The FIFA Football Tribunal plays an important role in the international football law evolution. Starting from the genesis of the tribunal, the Author analyses its structure and functions. Particular emphasis is put on the procedure, the rights and obligations of the parties as well as on the new means of communication such as the FIFA Legal Portal which allows an easy and direct access to the files.
