PROGRAMME

The Executive Programme in International Sports Law offers an intensive study period on law as applied to sport.

The programme is English taught and structured in a six-day period in Ravello (Amalfi Coast – Italy).

Participants may follow the entire programme or any of the following modules:

• CAS Procedure and Substantial law
• International Transfer of Players
• Doping (WADA and CAS jurisprudence)
• New Rules on Third Party Ownership
• Financial Fair Play
• Employment and Commercial Agreements in Sport
